煤泥水絮凝沉降试验中沉降时间的探讨

摘    要: 摘要:结合选煤厂煤泥水的沉降设备,建立数学模型计算出颗粒的沉降时间为63s。进行煤泥水絮凝沉降试验,研究煤泥水的沉降时间对沉降效果的影响,结果表明沉降时间为60s是合理的,沉降时间过长意义不大。

Abstract:Abstract: A numerical model of particle settlement in a settlement separator for coal slurry was established, through which a particle sedimentation time of 63 seconds was obtained. Then a series of flocculation experiments were conducted to study the effect of sedimentation time on settlement performance. The results show that a length of sedimentation time of 60 seconds is reasonable and it is meaningless to have a longer one.
