巷道内瓦斯爆炸传播规律的数值研究

摘    要: 基于流体动力学和燃烧理论,运用CFD软件建立管道模型,模拟在不同巷道长度下瓦斯爆炸的传播情况,得到了瓦斯爆炸的火焰速度及压力随时间的变化规律。结果表明:火焰速度会随管道长度分为3个阶段:扩散传播、快速上升、惯性前进;压力突变影响了火焰的湍流,是火焰速度快速上升的重要原因;管道变长时,火焰达到的最大速度增大,达到特定高速值的转变距离会趋于稳定。

Abstract:Based on Fluid Dynamics and Combustion Theory, the model of pipeline was created by the software of CFD, and the spread of gas explosion was simulated in the conditions of pipelines of different length. The flame speed was obtained, as well as the the law of pressure changing with time in the pipeline. The results showed that the acceleration of flame speed could be divided into three phases: diffuse transmit, rise rapidly, inertial motion; mutation pressure affected the turbulence of flame and was the significant reason to the rise of flame speed; when the pipeline got longer, the maximal flame speed would be higher, in addition, the transition distance that flame speed rise to a high speed would tend to stable.
