摘 要: | 分析了SKT-12型跳汰机的工作原理,提出准确探测跳汰机床层状况、精确控制跳汰周期各阶段的风阀是制约分选效果的关键;对本厂跳汰机存在的上述问题进行了优化改造,取得了良好的分选效果和经济指标。

Abstract: | Working principle of SKT-12 jigging machine analysed;an idea given that corrective probing the jig bed condition and precise control of air valves through out the jigging cycle are the key of governing the separation efficiency;relevant to these problems,the existing jig was optimally converted and thence good separation efficiency and economic index attained. |
