马池煤矿煤与瓦斯突出危险工作面消突措施及评价分析

摘    要: 鉴于11041工作面是煤与瓦斯突出危险工作面,在该工作面上采取了顺层钻孔预抽煤层瓦斯的防突措施,吨煤抽放钻孔量为0.16m/t,瓦斯预抽率达34.72%,采前残存瓦斯含量明显低于临界值。采用单项指标法、综合指标法、残余瓦斯含量法、吨煤抽放钻孔量和煤层瓦斯预抽率对该工作面采前突出危险性进行评价,评价结论为无突出危险性,这为该工作面回采过程中制订安全技术措施提供了重要的科学依据。

Abstract:As 11041 working face was a coal and gas outburst face,a comprehensive gas drainage with in-seam intensive boreholes was adopted as outburst elimination technology in this working face,the borehole drilling length of gas drainage per ton of coal mining was over 0.16m/t,the drainage gas effeciency from virgin coal seam was up to 34.72%,the remained gas content before the mining operation was obviously lower than the critical value of it.The unite index method, comprehensive index method and the remained gas content method,the borehole drilling length of gas drainage per ton of coal mining and the drainage gas effeciency from virgin coal seam were applied to the evaluation of the outburst dangerous before the mining operation,the conclusion of the evaluation was that there would be no outburst danger, therefore this provided important and scientific evidences for taking safety technical measures to the working process.
