膜生物反应器在焦化废水处理中的应用

摘    要:介绍了膜生物反应器处理焦化废水的工艺和运行情况。运行结果表明:"A2O+MBR"处理焦化废水技术路线更为先进合理;在生化工艺段出水的主要污染物指标COD平均值为213.15 mg/L,氨氮值能达到低于10 mg/L的水平;以MBR出水水质计算,"A2O+MBR"系统对有机物具有90%以上的去除率;MBR出水水质稳定,结合深度生化技术的MBR工艺提高了整个生化系统的抗冲击负荷能力。

Abstract:Process and operation of membrane bioreactor in wastewate treatment of coking were introduced in this article.The result shows: "A2O+MBR" is more advanced and reasonable in wastewate treatment of coking;the main pollution index of out-water in the biochemical process: the average of COD is 213.15 mg/L,and ammonia nitrogen value can reach less than 10 mg/L;MBR out-water quality was used as the basis for calculating,"A2O+MBR" system removal rate of organic is greater than 90%;MBR effluent quality is stable,and the process of MBR technology combining with the biochemical technology improve the resistance to impact load of the entire biochemical systems.
