摘 要: | 粉煤灰裹砂法是一种新颖的搅拌工艺,本研究简单介绍了粉煤灰裹砂法在混凝土中的作用机理,重点研究硅灰裹砂法对混凝土抗冻性能的影响。试验结果表明:在不改变机械设备,不增加人力、物力的前提下,粉煤灰裹砂法较常规方法对掺粉煤灰混凝土抗冻性并显地提高了混凝土的工作性能。

Effect of Sand Coated by fly-ash Permeability of Concrete |

Abstract: | Sand coated by fly-ash is a newly agitate technology, this study briefly introduce the role mechanism of sand coated by fly-ash, mainly focused on the frost-resistance capability of sand coated by fly-ash on the concrete. Results showcomparing with conventional method, the silica fume concrete mechanic performance increase about 5%-20%,on the premise of not changing the machinery equipment, not increasing the labor and material. At the same time, the method sand coated by fly-ash greatly enhancing impermeability of concrete, the coagulation materials response and the mixture work-ability. |
