| 摘 要： | 炼油厂ESD在线监视及诊断系统为例，介绍利用美国AB公司的RSVIEW32软件实现对催化裂化装置的装置自保和M101的后备PLC的数据实时采集，通过历史事件和趋势的记录，在发生故障时，能够找到第一故障点，从而为故障处理提供有力的帮助。
