| Abstract: | Currently, there are some problems existed ha the work of the collection of personnel archive material ha higher vocational colleges. According to the current situation, this paper analyzes some aspects in the collection work including improving the filing awareness, perfecting filing systems, knowing archive scope, specifying archive material and increasing management efficiency. The aim is to ensure the archive material to be collected and filed timely, regularly and perfectly. |
