摘 要: | 在ADAMS/View软件环境下,建立了某加工中心多柔体动力学模型,并进行了机床样机箱体、刀具之间的虚拟试验,得到机床的前四阶的固有频率。通过对相同条件下的机床样机箱体、刀具之间试验测试得到的结果比较,验证了机床仿真模型的准确性。

Abstract: | In the software environment of the ADAMS/View, a multi - deformable body dynamics model for a machining center has been established. A virtual experiment between the engine case and the cutting tools of the sample engine tools has been carried on before obtaining the fourth - order natural freqency of the engine tools. By comparing the results of the tests between the engine case and the cutting tools of the sample machine tools under the same conditions ,the accuracy of the simulation model of the engine bed has been confirmed. |
