| Abstract: | With the reform of state - owned enterprises continued to develop in depth, play MBO positive role in the restructuring of state - owned enterprises, we have analyzed the case of domestic MBO and the problems existed in the MBO in the state - owned enterprises. And how to regulate MBO rules and to further improve the system environment, the paper give some solution suggestions. |
