摘    要:通过高分子材料自然老化实验前后力学性能的变化,研究了稀土偶联剂WOT对PP/CaCO3、PP/Mg(OH)2、 PP/BaSO4复合体系的老化性能的影响。发现WOT对这三种填料均有良好的改性作用,体系的力学性能显著提高, 老化性能明显改善,填充量高时这种作用更加明显。老化180天后,WOT和CaCO3用量高的体系的冲击强度是纯 PP的2-2.4倍,性能保持率为66%-74%;WOT、和Mg(OH)2用量高的体系的冲击强度是PP的2.4-2.8倍,性能保 持率为77%-80%:WOT和BaSO4用量高的体系的冲击强度是PP的2.7-3.3倍,性能保持率为74%-91%。

Abstract:By way of the changes of mechanical properties of high molecular materials before and after weathering experiments, effects of rare-earth coupling agent(WOT) on weathering-resistant properties of PP/ CaCO3,PP/ Mg(OH)2,PP/ BaSO4 composites were studied. It was found that WOT exerted fine modification effects on all of the three fillers, mechanical properties of the composites were markedly enhanced , ageing resistance obviously improved and such effects were even more evident at high content of fillers. After an ageing of 180 days, impact strength of the composites with high content of WOT and CaCO3 was 2-2.4 times as much as that of pure PP and a performance retention rate of 66-74%; impact strength of the composites with high content of WOT and Mg(OH)2 was 2.4-2.8 times as much as that of pure PP and a performance retention rate of 77-80%; impact strength of the composites with high content of WOT and BaSO4was 2.7-3.3 times as much as that of pure PP and a performance retention rate of 74-91%.
