| 摘 要： | 制造系统的绩效指标已经由最初的单一财务性评价发展到包括质量指标、时间指标和柔性指标等的多指标体系.如何综合不同绩效指标的测量对制造系统的绩效做出全面的评价成为研究者和企业界所关注的问题.文章通过总结制造绩效指标的研究,探讨了在多准则下对制造绩效的测量方法.

| Abstract: | For advanced manufacturing performance measurement, not only cost related measures but also non-financial measures are put into application. These include quality related measures, time related measures and flexibility measures. How to integrate such multi-dimensional measures and make comprehensive evaluation on manufacturing systems has become the interests for both researchers and practitioners. This paper summarized the development of various manufacturing performance measures and discussed the methodologies for multi-dimensional manufacturing performance measurement. |
