摘    要:溧阳市昆仑南苑15号楼抗震设防裂度为7度,设计基本地震加速度值为0.10g;7层,异型柱框架结构,底置为半地下车库。该工程采用隔震技术进行结构设计,隔震层由橡胶隔震支座组成。本工程在底层车库顶板下设置隔震支座,隔震支座布置在车库层柱的柱顶。对隔震体系空间模型的时程分析表明:采用隔震措施可显著降低上部结构的地震作用;采用隔震技术后,结构在地震作用下的位移主要出现在隔震层,上部结构发生的变形很小。

Abstract:The No.15 building of Kunlunnanyuan locates at Liyang City,where is a region of 7 degree of seismic fortification intensity(basic design acceleration of ground motion is 0.1g).The building is a 7-storeyed framed structure with semi-basement.The base-isolated technique is used to design this building,its base-isolated layer consists of laminated rubber bearings.It lied on the top of the column of ground floor.From nonlinear space time-history analysis for the base-isolated system,we can draw some conclusions as follows:1)base isolation technique can greatly reduce the horizontal seismic action upon super structure;2)structural displacements mainly appears in the isolated layer;reduce the deformation of super structure.
