高校体育教学内容存在的问题及改革对策

从培养大学生体育能力、促进大学生健康发展的角度出发，指出高校应将体育教学内容作为载体，以培养大学生体育能力作为主线，以促进大学生身体健康作为目的，构建高校体育教学内容新体系，并提出了一系列改革体育教学内容的对策．

Problems of PE Courses in Higher Education and Regulatory Approaches

In perspective of developing students' physical strength, promoting their healthy development, this paper proposes that higher education institutions should see PE course as the carrier, the development of students' physical strength as the headrope, the achievement of students' health as the ultimate goal, in order to construct the new system of PE course of higher education. A series of particular approaches are suggested for reforming PE courses.
