摘    要:本文采用高效毛细管电泳(HPCE)法,对几种芳族磺酸化合物进行了分离检测,并比较了正、负电场的分离分析效果。正电场体系的工作电压+25kV,电流23μA,电解液为(NH_4)_2HPO_4—NH_4H_2PO_4;负电场体系的工作电压—20kV,电流50μA,电解液为(NH_4)_2HPO_4—NH_4H_2PO_4—CTMAB表面活性剂。毛细管内径为75μm,有效长度35cm,检测波长210nm。实验结果表明,正电场体系下试样有较为匀称的电泳谱峰,而负电场体系具有快速的优势。

Abstract:The separation and detection of several aromatic sulfonates with HPCE were studied. The results of separation under positive or negative electric field were compared. Positive voltage of +25kV or negative voltage of —20kV was chosen. The electrolyte solutions contain phosphate buffer while cationic surfactant cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide was applied as the electrolyte additive in the system of negative electric field. The results indicated that negative electric field system had the advantage of being fast in analysis, while positive electric field system gave better looking peaks.
