我国硝酸产能过剩状况分析及对策

摘    要:从现有硝酸生产和硝酸“四合一”机组定货情况分析,预测到2015年我国浓硝酸、硝酸铵和硝酸产能分别为5000kt/a、14410kt/a和20840kt/a,产能利用率分别为60%、67.6%和66.5%,对硝酸行业产能过剩导致的今后数年内出现的问题提出应对措施,以使我国能迈过产能过剩的“坎”,从硝酸生产大国向硝酸生产强国迈进。

Abstract:It is predicted that the capacity of concentrated nitric acid, ammonium nitrate and nitric acid will be 5 000 kt/a, 14 410 kt/a and 20 840 kt/a respectively, and capacity utilization rate will be 60%, 67.6% and 66.5% respectively by the year of 2015 based on the existing yield of nitric acid and the order for four-in- one train. This paper puts forwards some countermeasures for the problems causing by nitric acid over-capacity in the coming years so that China can overcome the hurdle of over-capacity and move forward to strong power from a major production country in terms of nitric acid production.
