基于数字测试系统的LCD控制驱动电路测试方法

摘    要:随着液晶显示器在日常生活中得到越来越广泛的应用,其核心部件——LCD控制驱动电路的品种及需求量也日益增多。通常情况下,对LCD控制驱动电路的测试是在LCD电路专用测试系统上完成的,但因其价格昂贵,使得测试成本也相应地大幅抬高,成为制约LCD控制驱动电路批量生产的瓶颈。文章针对上述原因,提出了一种基于数字测试系统的LCD控制驱动电路的测试方法,以便低成本、高品质地实现LCD控制驱动电路的测试。同时针对LCD控制驱动电路的特点,结合实践经验介绍了一些LCD控制驱动电路的测试技巧。

Abstract:With the liquid crystal display in daily life used more and more widely,the species and the demand for its core component,the LCD control & driving circuit is also growing.Usually,the testing for the LCD control & driving circuit is completed on the appropriative test system for LCD circuit,but because of the expensive price,correspondingly,the test cost is large run up.This becomes the bottleneck restricted the mass production of LCD control & drive circuit.In view of the above reason,a kind of testing method based on the digital testing system for testing LCD control & driving circuit are produced in this article.It can realize the LCD control & driving circuit testing in a manner of the low costing and the high quality.In addition,due to the peculiar characteristics of the LCD control & drive circuit,this article tells some of the LCD control & driving circuit testing techniques which are combined with the testing experience of the author for many years engaged in testing this type of circuit.
