渣油裂化催化剂的共性与特性

摘    要:以两种渣油裂化催化剂为例,讨论了在渣油裂化催化剂研制中应如何考虑它们的共性与特性。渣油裂化催化剂的基本共性为:对重油大分子的裂化能力、抗金属污染能力以及良好的焦炭选择性、汽提性能和水热稳定性,而特性则表现了催化剂适应不同裂化产品分布的能力。认为在市场经济条件下,由于产品的需求经常发生变化,催化剂应该具有一定的应变能力,以适应不同的产品分布方案,同时应与工艺技术相配合,充分发挥催化剂的作用。

Abstract:The generalities and specialities of residual cracking catalysts in their preparation were discussed with examples of two residual cracking catalysts. The generalities of residual cracking catalysts are ability to crack large molecules of heavy oils and to resist metal contamination, good coke selectivity, good stripping performance as well as hydrothermal stability. While the specialities are adaptability to different cracked product distribution. It is considered that due to the requirements for products to change frequently under market economy condition, catalysts should have adaptability to various product distribution. Meanwhile, Catalyst should be combined with process technologies to bring catalyst roles into fun play.
