浅谈建筑施工企业科学安全生产管理

在建筑行业，安全生产已成为一个不容忽视的生产要素，若发生安全生产事故则会对社会造成重大危害，对企业造成重大经济和信誉损失，如何安全有效地开展生产工作是每个建筑施工企业都应考虑的问题。本文根据安全生产的基本理论知识，结合建筑施工企业现状，分别从施工质量管理、安全标准化管理、加强工程项目安全施工计划工作、安全生产信息管理、管理人员队伍的组建和职工队伍的组建等方面论述了如何科学地进行安全生产管理，为安全生产管理工作提供参考。

Discuss Construction Enterprise on Scientific Management of Production Safety

Safety is an assignable element of production in architecture industry. Industrial accidents may lead to big losses to the enterprise and a great harm to the society. How to work safely in an efficient way is a considerable problem to every construction enterprise. In this paper, according to the basic theory of production safety and combining the status of construction enterprises, the author discussed how to carry through the management in production safety scientifically as a reference, in the parts of construction quality management, safety standardization management, the plan of strengthening the construction safety, safety production information management, the management team and workforce development, etc.
