EAF-LF-CSP工艺流程高碳弹簧钢的开发与实践

摘    要:基于EAF-LF-CSP工艺流程的冶金特性,通过合理的成分设计和采取相应的炼钢、连铸、控轧控冷等生产工艺控制,成功地开发了高碳弹簧钢系列钢种。开发的高碳弹簧钢有害元素低、热轧产品组织性能良好,具有较好的塑性、冷成形性能和热处理性能,能满足客户冷轧和热处理要求,已广泛应用于机械结构件及弹簧件等众多领域。

Abstract:Based on the characteristic of thin slab casting and rolling technology(TSCR),through the reasonable metallurgy composition design,and the control of continuous casting,controlled rolling and controlled cooling process,We successfully developed the high carbon Spring steel series in EAF-LF-CSP process.Spring steel plate that was developed has the outstanding plasticity,the cold forming performance and the good heat treatment properties,which can satisfies customers’ requirements on cold rolling and heat treatment,and are widely used for mechanical structure parts and spring parts,etc..
