钢丝绳捻制损失产生原因分析

摘    要:介绍钢丝绳捻制损失的概念。通过试验,模拟雪茄式(管式)捻股(合绳)机捻制过程中的钢丝变形状况,证明钢丝绳捻制损失主要是由于在捻制股绳过程中钢丝自身扭转变形引起的,包括两个相反方向上的扭转变形,其单方向上最大理论变形量为一个捻距内钢丝螺旋长度上发生360°自身扭转,捻距越小,单位长度上的自身扭转变形越严重,钢丝强度、扭转值降低越多。对捻制损失引起的多种捻制缺陷进行介绍与分析,指出制绳钢丝的强度标准比拆股钢丝高30~50 MPa,就可以保证捻制后的钢丝绳强度符合拆股标准要求。

Abstract:To introduce the concept of wire rope spinning loss. By designing test to simulate steel wire deformation condition while tubular stranding machine spinning, to prove that wire rope spinning loss is caused by steel wire self-torsion deformation in spinning stranded rope, including torsion deformation of two opposite direction. The maximum theory deforma- tion of one direction is that steel wire occurs 360 degree self-torsion along spiral length in one lay pitch, lay pitch is smal- ler, self-torsion deformation per unit length is more serious, decreasing scale of steel wire tensile strength, torsion value is larger. Several spinning defects caused by spinning loss is introduced and analyzed. It is point out that wire rope tensile strength after spinning can reach requirements of dismantle standard if tensile strength of steel wire for rope is higher than dismantle steel wire 30 to 50 MPa.
