网络计费系统的研究和设计

随着宽带网络的普及 ,越来越多的用户可以体验到高速上网的乐趣 ,但是在宽带运营中存在一个问题 :宽带一般采用的是包月计费的方式 ,但是用户的需求是多样的 ,会有按时计费的需求 ,这就需要采用网络计费系统。同时网络计费不仅可以用来计算网络用户所应承担的费用 ,还可利用它来监控网络的数据流量 ,分析网络的使用情况及性能 ,尽早发现网络的瓶颈、故障点、某些异常和可疑的迹象。从而合理调整网络的路由 ,合理分配网络流量 ,以保证网络高效、稳定、可靠的运行。网络计费系统实现方法主要有 3种 ,即基于 WEB页面、基于 C/ S模式和基于 PROXY服务器的网络计费系统 ,对这 3种网络计费系统实际编程时的一些问题作了较详细的阐述。

Research and Design of Network Billing System

With the increasing in the popularity of broad band connection,more people can experience the joy of having high speed connection. However,these proved-good technology has induced a problem with the billing system. The demand varies between different users,therefore there is need to implement a network billing system. This research mainly introduced three methods to implement the network billing system and outline the comparisons between these methods and give a more detailed analyze for each implementation.
