摘    要:技术供水系统是保证水轮发电机组稳定运行的重要辅助设备。三峡左岸电站技术供水系统在初期蓄水135 m水位下已稳定运行近3年,同时也暴露出了一些问题和风险,随着2006年汛末上游蓄水位的增高,技术供水系统的安全稳定运行问题变得越来越突出。文中对三峡左岸电站技术供水系统在运行过程中存在的风险进行了分析,并对其采取的应对对策进行了阐述和探讨。

Abstract:The technical water supply system is important auxiliary equipment for the stable operation of a hydrogenerating unit.The technical water supply system of the Three Gorges Left Bank Power Station operated for three years at the 135 m water level in the initial impoundment period,and some problems and risk were found.With the water level increasing in the end of the flood season in 2006,the safety problems became more outstanding.This paper analyzes the risk in the operation of the technical water supply system,and discusses the countermeasures to the problems.
