| 摘 要： | 回转窑轴线的测量对于合理调速工艺操作规程及托轮摆放位置、避免托轮轴瓦发烧、改善筒体的受力状况、保护筒体等，具有重要的实际意义。设计开发一个新型的大型回转窑轴线测量系统，该系统具有结构简单、安装测量方便、精度高、可记忆存贮和通讯等特点。

| Abstract: | It is fairly importment to measure and master the exact position of revolving kiln axis,in order to adjust rationally technological operation and the lying position of supporting wheel,to avoid rolling heating of supporting wheel bearing,and to improve kiln body's forced status.The new system for measurement of revolving kiln axis is developed and the measurement system has many advantages such as simple structure,convenient installation,high measurement procision,memory storage and communication. |
