旋冲钻井参数对破岩效率的影响研究

摘    要:通过理论和试验相结合的方法,分析了旋冲钻井参数对破岩效率的影响及钻井参数与冲击器性能参数间的关系,讨论了石油钻井中常遇到的泥岩、砂岩、灰岩的基本特性参数与冲击器的冲击功和冲击频率的关系,给出了岩石强度、可钻性及硬度与冲击器性能参数的关系.

Abstract:Combining theoretical research with lab tests, this p aper analyzes effects of drilling parameters on the penetrating efficiency, inve stigates relationships between drilling variables and performances of hammer dri lls, discusses correlations between characteristics of common rocks penetrated by the well and working conditions of hammer drills, and presents how the perfor mances of hammer drills are set according to lithologies, including strength, dr illability and hardness.
