高堆石坝施工质量统计管理方法研究

高坝堆石体施工质量检测数据是十分离散的，但又服从统计特征值，受到诸多相关因素影响，尤其受施工参数执行状况影响。白云面板堆石坝采用测量沉降法作施工质量检测手段，以网状布点形式测控填层压实沉降率，方法简单、时间快捷、数据获取量大。在此基础上，采用数据统计值作为样本，跟踪进行施工压实质量判别的控制，取得成效。最后运用总体检测数据综合评测坝体压实质量，统计结果表明，坝体质量良好。

Study of High Rockfill Dam Costruction Quality Statistical Management Method

The construction quality test data of a high rockfill embankment are quite scattered. As being characteristic values on statistics basis, they are influenced by a number of related factors, and performance of the construction parameters in particular. The settlement measuring method was used for the construction quality control of the Baiyun concrete-faced rockfill dam, by which the settlement rate of the compacted layers was measured and controlled at the netted points. This method is simple and quick in operation, and provides a lot of data. Based on this the statistical data values were employed as a reference to control the compaction quality in the construction of the dam, producing a marked effect. Finally, the ovevall monitoring and test results were adopted to evaluate the dam embankment compaction quality. The statistical results show that the dam embankment is of high quality.
