钻机钻孔时钻杆振动的有限元分析

摘    要:基于对钻机钻孔时的工况分析,阐述了钻机主要存在的3种振动形式,并分别建立相应的振动分析模型及方程,然后根据模型运用有限元软件对其进行谐响应分析,从而得出钻杆振动强度与外在激励频率之间的关系,为以后钻机钻进工艺参数设计提供了一些依据。

Abstract:Based on work condition analysis of drill machine processing,illustrate three vibration modes and establish their respective mathematical equations.According to the vibrational model,finite element analysis is used to carry out harmonic response analysis and the relation between vibrational intensity of the drillpipe and outside motivation frequency is deduced,which will supply reference for the later process parameter design of the drill machine.
