摘    要:介绍为提高加热炉热效率所采取的技术措施。指出应用扰流子翅片管和热管空气预热器回收高温烟气余热、炉壁内表面喷涂耐高温辐射涂料减少散热损失和鼓风机与引风机电机安装变频调速器控制烟气中的过剩氧量是提高加热炉效率的新途径。生产实践证明,运行安全,操作简单,投资少,节能效果好。

Abstract:Technical measures for increasing heat efficiency of heaters were introduced. It was pointed out that adopting air preheater with finned tubes and heatpipes to recover waste heat of high temperature flue gas, using high-temperature radiation resistant coating on inner surface of heater walls to reduce heat loss and installing frequency varying governors motors of both air blower and exhauster to control the excess oxygen content are new routes for the enhancement of heater effciency. Production practice showed that the heater has the advantages of running in safety, simple operation, low investment cost and significant energy conservation.
