| 摘 要： | 针对攀钢钛业公司选钛厂入选原料中-0.045mm微细粒级选矿的难题，研制开发了适合该类复杂矿石的R-2捕收剂。工业试验结果表明，在给矿品位21%的情况下，最终钛精矿品位达47.5%以上，浮选回收率近70%，钛精矿药剂成本低于50元/t。

| Abstract: | In view of the chanllenge of the -0.045mm microsized fraction separation from the feed of Titanium Concentrator of Titanium Industry Company,Panzhihua Steel,R-2 collector suitable for such complex ores was developed.The commercial tests show that at a feed grade of 21%,the final titanium concentrate can have a grade of over 47.5%,a flotation recovery of nearly 70% and a reagent cost of lower than $50 per ton. |
