摘    要:在常规游梁抽油机曲柄摆杆机构的基础上构造出集增程、机械换向和驱动力平衡功能为一体的 3种Watt六杆机构。针对每一个方案做了受力分析 ,并推导出每种方案抽油机冲程、平衡重质量及连杆垂直驱动力计算式。各方案的比较分析表明 ,3种方案构造的新抽油机冲程都大于常规游梁抽油机 ,连杆垂直驱动力都小于常规游梁抽油机 ;其中由Watt六杆机构、增程轮系和减力轮系复合构成的第一种方案 (机构 1)效果最好 ,其冲程为 6 75~ 9m ,是常规游梁抽油机的 4 5倍 ,连杆垂直驱动力为 90kN ,比常规游梁抽油机连杆垂直驱动力 (133kN )小4 3kN。

Abstract:Based on the crank linkage of convenhonal beam pumping unit, 3 kinds of Watt linkages are constructed,which have the funchons of stroke-increasing, m echanical reverse and driving force balancing. Force analysis onthe linkages is conducted, and formulas for calculating the stroke, mass of cou ntethalance and venical drivingforce of the pitman are derived. Analysis and comparison shows that the stroke of the pumping unit with Wattlinkage is larger than that of the convenhonal beam pumping unit, wnile the venical driving force of the pitman is minor. Finally the 3 klnds of Watt linkaes are compared.
