摘    要:为了研究电流脉冲频率对TIG焊电弧压力的影响,采用小孔探针法检测了TIG焊的电弧压力分布形式以及在不同电流脉冲频率作用下焊缝的熔深和熔宽.结果表明,TIG焊电弧压力曲线类似于正态分布曲线,电弧中心位置处的压力最大,越靠近边缘处压力越小.当在一定范围内增加电流脉冲频率时,曲线会发生横向收缩和纵向伸长现象,且TIG焊电弧压力的峰值以及焊缝的熔深均增加,而熔宽减小.因此,可以通过改变电流脉冲频率的方法来改变TIG焊的电弧压力.

Abstract:In order to study the effect of current pulse frequency on the arc pressure of TIG welding, the distribution form of arc pressure as well as the penetration depth and weld width of TIG welding at different current pulse frequencies were detected with a small hole drilling method. The results show that the arc pressure curve of TIG welding is similar to the normal distribution curve. The pressure in the center of arc is the biggest, and the closer to the edge, the smaller the pressure is. When the current pulse frequency increases within a certain range, the curve will exhibit the transverse contraction and longitudinal elongation phenomenon, the peak value of arc pressure and the penetration depth of TIG welding increase, but the weld width reduces. Therefore, the arc pressure of TIG welding can be changed with changing the current pulse frequency.
