胶囊中诺氟沙星含量的DRIFTS测定

摘    要:为了简便、准确、无污染地测定胶囊中诺氟沙星的含量,利用漫反射附件研究了通过漫反射傅里叶变换红外光谱法(DRIFTS)测定胶囊中诺氟沙星含量的新型制样方法,优化了实验条件并测定了两种市售胶囊中诺氟沙星的含量.结果表明,该新型制样方法可以降低利用DRIFTS测定诺氟沙星含量时的样品消耗量,有效避免了辅料干扰,且分析结果重现性得到了显著提高.两种胶囊样品中诺氟沙星的质量分数分别为(41.36±1.40)%和(39.08±1.41)%,且相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为6.12%和6.49%,与高效液相色谱法(HPLC)的测定结果基本一致.整个分析过程无废液产生,样品和试剂消耗量较少,可实现绿色环保分析.

Abstract:In order to determine the norfloxacin content in capsules with the fast, accurate and pollution free method, a novel sample preparation method for determining the norfloxacin content in capsules with the diffuse reflectance Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (DRIFTS) was studied with the diffuse reflectance accessory, the experimental conditions were optimized, and the norfloxacin content in two commercially available capsules were determined. The results show that the proposed sample preparation method can reduce the sample consumption during the determination of norfloxacin content with DRIFTS, effectively avoid the excipient interference, and the reproducibility of analytical results can be obviously increased. The mass fraction of norfloxacin in two capsule samples is (41.36±1.40)% and (39.08±1.41)%, respectively, which is in agreement with that obtained with the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). In addition, the relative standard deviation (RSD) is 6.12% and 6.49%, respectively. In whole analytical process, no waste liquid generates, and the consumption of samples and reagents is low. And thus, the pollution free analysis is realized.
