摘    要:针对低屋面横向通风牛舍在实际运行时会出现牛舍内气流不均匀的问题,提出了一种改变牛舍上部挡风板倾斜角度的方法来改善牛舍内空气的均匀度.利用fluent软件建立挡风板与垂直方向成不同夹角的牛舍三维模型,设置风机和湿帘为边界条件.利用计算流体动力学方法对牛舍内的空气流场进行三维数值模拟,并获得了挡风板的最佳安装角度.结果表明,当挡风板与垂直方向夹角为60℃时,牛舍中气流分布最为均匀,奶牛生存高度的气流速度也最合适.

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the uneven airflow will appear in the low profile cross ventilated〖JP〗 (LPCV) cow barn during the actual operation, a method of changing the tilt angle of wind deflector at the upper part of the cow barn was proposed to improve the air uniformity in the cow barn. With the fluent software, the 3D model for the cow barn with different angles between the wind deflector and vertical direction was established, and the fan and wet curtain were set as the boundary conditions. With the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method, the 3D numerical simulation for the air flow field in the cow barn was carried out, and the optimal installation angle of wind deflector was obtained. The results show that when the angle between the vertical direction and wind deflector is 60℃, the airflow distribution was most uniform, and the airflow velocity in the living height of cows is also most appropriate. 
