摘 要: | 研究了硅胶柱层析法对酶反应产物 皂苷C K粗品进行的分离纯化。当流动相V(氯仿)∶V(甲醇)=9∶1时分离效果最好,可以得到纯度较高的产品。用核磁共振法对产品进行分析,确认产品为人参稀有皂苷C K,即20 O (β D 葡萄糖基) 达玛 24烯,3β,12β,20(S) 三醇。经高效液相色谱进行纯度检测,分离得到的人参皂苷C K的纯度为95%以上,纯品得率为33%,理论得率为60%以上。

Separating and Purification of Ginsenoside Compund-K |

Abstract: | The Ginsenoside Compund K from enzyme reaction was isolated by silica gel column chromatography. The best result can be obtained using the mixture of V(chloroform)∶V(methanol)=9∶1 as mobile phase. The structure is examined by the method of 13C Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (13C NMR) to recognize Compound K, i.e. 20 O (β D glucopyranosyl) dammar 24 en,3β,12β,20(S) triol. The purity of C K is examined by the method of HPLC, it is found that the purity is more than 95%. The C K yield is 33%, and the theoretical yield is over 60%. |
