摘    要:本文基于灰色关联理论,构建了改进的TOPSIS指标评估模型。同时,针对指标权重赋权采取结合熵值法与层次分析法(AHP)的组合赋权法,以提升评估结果的客观性与准确性。应用实例表明,改进的TOPSIS评估模型对水土保持工程效益评估具有较强适用性且计算结果可靠,可为我国水土保持项目治理生态效益评估及工程后评价提供决策依据。

Application of improved TOPSIS model in benefit evaluation of soil and water conservation project
Abstract:An improved TOPSIS index evaluation model is constructed in this paper, based on the grey corre-lation theory.At the same time,entropy method and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) are taken as a combina-tion weighting approach according to the index weight empowerment ,in order to improve the objectivity and accuracy of evaluation results.Application example shows that the improved TOPSIS evaluation model of soil and water conservation project benefit evaluation has strong applicability and the calculation results are reli-able,which can provide basis for decision making of the soil and water conservation project management ,eco-logical benefits assessment,and later engineering appraisal in China.
