乙醇-催化裂解法大量制备离散碳纳米管

摘    要:碳纳米管的纯化和切短会造成大量碳纳米管损失。该文以乙醇为碳源,直接大规模制备长度为200~600nm,以单根状态存在的离散碳纳米管,产量为15 g/h。当碳源中乙醇和苯的体积比为1∶2,1∶1和2∶1时,只能合成碳纳米管和碳纳米颗粒的混合物。Ram an光谱结果表明,以乙醇为碳源制备的碳纳米管具有很高的结晶度,且为单壁碳纳米管和多壁碳纳米管的混合物。文章提出了离散碳纳米管生长的剪切机理。

Abstract:A great mass loss would be caused when as produced carbon nanotubes were purified and cutted.Isolated carbon nanotubes with lengths ranging from 200 nm to 600 nm were produced directly with high yield of 15 g/h when alcohol was chosen as carbon source.Only the mixture of carbon nanotubes and carbon nano particles was synthesized by using the mixtures of alcohol and benzene in volume ratio of 1∶2,1∶1 and 2∶1 as carbon sources.Raman spectrum revealed that carbon nanotubes synthesized with alcohol as carbon source had high crystallinity and consisted of single-walled carbon nanotubes and multi-walled carbon nanotubes.The mechamism of oxidative cutting was proposed to explain the growth of isolated carbon nanotube.
