摘    要:以35t/h抛煤机炉节能环保改造项目为依托,采用实验和数值模拟的方法研究了采用排气管偏置方法对传统分离器的性能影响。实验结果表明,排气管在90°~270°方向偏置0.1~0.14,分离效率上升大约3%,阻力基本不变;排气管在180°~270°方向偏置0.25~0.33,分离效率降低大约5%,阻力降低约38%。数值模拟的结果从压力分布的角度深入解释了实验的结论。

Abstract:According to the 35t/h throwing-boiler rebuilding projection, do some experiments and numerical simula- tion to research the performence influence by the deflection of the vent-pipe of the tradition cyclone sepertaor with upwind and exhaust gas. The results indicate that the deflection of the vent-pipe during 90°~270° degree and 0.1 ~ 0.14 can raise the seperating efficiency by about 2% and with no change of the resistance; the deflection of the vent-pipe during 180°~270°degree and 0.25~0.4 can reduce the seperating efficiency by about 5% but can also depress the resistance by 38%. The results of the numerical simulation explain the conclution of the experiment from the pressure distribution.
