摘    要:供应链是由具有自主决策能力的、追求自身效益最大的独立实体组成,需要解决个体理性与集体理性之间的冲突,使供应链成员相互协调地工作,提高供应链运作绩效和稳定运行.运用博弈论及系统优化相关理论方法,建立了三级供应链运作绩效数学模型,分析了三级供应链契约协调机制,提出系统整体利益在供应链成员间的重新分配,可以激励供应链成员承担更多的风险,以实现系统协调和利润增长,并讨论了供应链利润在成员间的分配情况和如何设置共享系数以达到三级供应链成员之间的整体协调,从而有助于改善成员企业在供应链中的行为决策能力和市场竞争能力.

Abstract:A supply chain is made up of independent entities having independent decision making abilities,each intent on maximizing their own benefits.The inherit conflict between what is best for the individual and what maximizes efficiency for the overall supply chain should be resolved,so that actors in the supply chain can cooperate better,improving supply chain efficiency and reliability.By using game theory and the optimization method,we developed a mathematical model for a three-level supply chain,and then analyzed its contract coordination mechanism.On that basis,we propose that a reallocation of overall benefits among members of the supply chain can inspire supply chain members to take more risks in order to realize systematic coordination and profit growth.Finally,we discuss how to distribute the supply chain's profits among its members,and how to set up sharing coefficients for achieving overall coordination among the members.This analysis will help improve the decision-making capacity and competive ability of enterprises involved in a supply chain.
