某金铋矿选矿试验研究

摘    要:某金铋矿含有铋、金、钼、钨、铜等有价组分,通过选矿试验研究,确定采用优先浮钼.等可浮铜,细磨后混浮铋、金,浮选尾矿重选回收白钨方案,可获得主要回收对象Au、Bi的选矿回收率分别为73.83%、75.77%,综合回收对象Cu、Mo、WO3的选矿回收率分别为82.92%、93.29%和71.44%。

Abstract:The bismuth gold ore contains the following valuable components,such as bismuth,gold,molybdenum,tungsten,copper and so on.The beneficiation process has been selected by experimental investigation,which is preferential flotation of molybdenum and iso-flotation of copper,bulk flotation of bismuth and gold after fine grinding,and then reclaiming of scheelite by gravity separation form flotation tailings.The recovery of the main recoverable object of Au and Bi is 73.83% and 75.77% respectively,the recovery of c...
