赖氨酸生产硫酸铵废水结晶换热器腐蚀的解决

摘    要:针对赖氨酸生产的含硫酸铵废水浓缩液中含有高含量氯化物对316L不锈钢换热器列管腐蚀的现象,分析了发生腐蚀的原因.通过减少氯化物的添加量等优化赖氨酸生产工艺,氯化物的质量分数由原来的4% ~6%降低到至0.6%~0.8%;采用钛材作为换热器的换热管,解决了硫酸铵废水浓缩液结晶换热器腐蚀的问题,同时减少了废液的排放,提高了...

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of 316 L stainless steel heat exchanger tube corrosion for high concentrations of chloride in ammonium sulfate wastewater during lysine production,researchers analyzed the reasons.And the solution was also presented as follows: reducing the amount of chloride adding for optimization lysine production process,the quality of chloride concentration by original 4%~6% lower to 0.6%~0.8%,and using titanium heat exchanger tube instead of stainless steel one.The solution was economy and environmental than before for its reducing the discharge of wastewater.
