无卤阻燃聚烯烃电缆料的研究进展

摘    要:综述了近几年国内无卤阻燃聚烯烃电缆料的现状和研究进展,总结和对比了各种无卤阻燃剂(包括磷系阻燃剂、金属氢氧化物阻燃剂、含硅阻燃剂、硼系阻燃剂、膨胀型阻燃剂)的优缺点,分析了各种阻燃体系的阻燃机理和应用现状。并简要概括了聚乙烯、聚丙烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物3中基体树脂的优缺点,提出了发展高性能、多功能无卤阻燃聚烯烃电缆料的发展方向。

Abstract:Recent development of halogen-free flame-retarding for polyolefin cable material was reviewed.The advantages and disadvantages of halogen-free flame-retardants were summarized.The mechanisms of halogen-free flame-retardants and present application were analyzed.Development status of polyetheylene,polypropylene,and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer was dealt with.Some suggestions were made for the development of high-performance,multi-functional halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin cable materials.
