| 摘 要： | 针对对苯二甲酸行业和聚乙烯醇PTA副产的低含量醋酸甲酯溶液,提出了采用萃取精馏工艺制备高纯度醋酸甲酯的新方法.利用Aspen Plus软件,分析了回流比、操作压力等主要操作条件对醋酸甲酯纯度的影响,并在模拟基础上开展试验.结果表明,采用萃取精馏工艺生产高纯度醋酸甲酯是可行的,为实现副产低含量醋酸甲酯的优化利用进行了初步...
