摘    要:针对对苯二甲酸行业和聚乙烯醇PTA副产的低含量醋酸甲酯溶液,提出了采用萃取精馏工艺制备高纯度醋酸甲酯的新方法.利用Aspen Plus软件,分析了回流比、操作压力等主要操作条件对醋酸甲酯纯度的影响,并在模拟基础上开展试验.结果表明,采用萃取精馏工艺生产高纯度醋酸甲酯是可行的,为实现副产低含量醋酸甲酯的优化利用进行了初步...

Abstract:Low purity methyl acetate is a by-product in the production of PTA and PVA.A new extractive distillation process for the production of high purity methyl acetate was presented in this paper.The effect of the main operation parameters such as reflux ratio,operation pressure etc.on the purity of methyl acetate were simulated with Aspen Plus as the tool.Based on the result of the simulation,the experiments were carried out.The result shows that it was feasible to produce high purity methyl acetate with the ext...
