聚丙烯/粉末丁苯橡胶共混体系性能的研究

以粉末丁苯橡胶（SBR）作增韧剂，考察了均聚聚丙烯（PP-H）/SBR共混体系的力学性能，采用扫描电子显微镜和差式扫描量热仪研究了不同相容剂对PP-H/SBR共混体系的相形态、力学性能和结晶行为的影响。结果表明，SBR是PP-H有效的增韧剂，SBR1712对PP-H 的增韧效果好于SBR1500，但SBR的加入导致共混体系的拉伸强度明显下降；相容剂对PP-H/SBR共混体系有明显增容效果，含有相容剂的PP-H/ SBR共混体系冲击强度超过基体PP-H 树脂的5倍以上，且综合性能明显改善。通过透射电子显微镜观察发现，含有相容剂PP-H/SBR共混体系中的橡胶相SBR在PP-H 中的团聚体少、颗粒粒径小、分散均匀; SBR在提高PP-H/ SBR共混体系的冲击强度同时，降低了体系的拉伸强度、刚性、热变形温度。

Study on Properties of Polypropylene/Styrene-butadiene Rubber Powder Blends
