外倾式劲性钢筋混凝土超高层建筑施工技术

摘    要:湖南华天大酒店贵宾楼结构设计为全现浇钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构,型钢劲性混凝土粱将外倾式劲性钢筋混凝土柱与剪力墙连接,型钢梁柱断面随高度变化,外倾式劲性柱形成分叉。施工中,对不同节点、细部等进行处理,并采取相应技术措施控制型钢柱、梁焊接质量;合理穿插工序施工,使施工周期达到5d一层,缩短了总工期。

Abstract:The structure of Hunan Huatian Grand Hotel's Distinguished Guests Building is designed as to-tal-cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure.The section steel stiff reinforced concrete beam connects the outbound stiff reinforced concrete column and shear wall.There are changes of the sections of section steel beams and columns by height.There is bifurcation of the outbound stiff column.The welding quality of section steel columns and beams has been controlled by making treatment of different joints and de-tails,as well as adopting relevant technical measures.It has achieved that five days a layer by making the process in turn,which has led to the shortening of the total period of construction.
