微电机驱动井下测井仪器的设计计算

摘    要:微电机驱动井下测井仪器设计计算的目的是 ,在设计仪器时能根据计算结果合理地为测井仪器选择功率匹配的电动机 ,保证测井仪可靠地工作。文章介绍了微电机驱动测井仪器设计中的动密封阻力、螺旋传动力矩、微型电动机功率等计算步骤 ,给出了计算公式和参数的取值范围 ,为电机驱动井下测井仪器的设计、提高测井仪器的测井质量、测井成功率和使用寿命提供了参考依据

Abstract:Design calculation of the downhole micromotor-drived logging tool is intended to choose a proper power-matched motor while designing a tool,based on the calculated results,and assure the work liability of the logging tool. The paper provides the procedures for calculating the resistance of a moving seal,the spirally turning torque and the power of a micromotor while designing a micromotor-drived logging tool,and presents calculation formulas and parameter ranges. The calculation results provides useful reference data for designing a logging tool,enhancing the logging quality,improving the rate of successful logging run and prolonging the tool life.
