| 摘 要： | 针对单一的无机阻燃剂对地毯涂料阻燃效果较差的情况,采用聚磷酸铵和氢氧化铝进行复配,通过极限氧指数测试,发现两种阻燃剂以特定比例混合,能有效提升阻燃效果,并且涂料的黏度更稳定,涂层强度也有较大提升。

| Abstract: | The inorganic flame retardant shows poor flame retardant effect when it is used as filler in carpet coatings solely. The limiting oxygen index test results showed that the flame retardancy of carpet coatings could be greatly improved by the compounding of ammonium polyphosphate and aluminum hydroxide at the certain mixing ratio. In the mean time,the viscosity stability of coatings could be optimized and the binding strength could be greatly improved. |
