锑掺杂二氧化锡纳米导电浆料的制备与防静电应用

摘    要:以锑掺杂二氧化锡(ATO)纳米导电粉体为研究对象,以直径0.2 mm的氧化锆球作为研磨介质,采用卧式砂磨机对粉体进行湿法球磨,并添加分散剂促进纳米浆料的分散稳定化。通过优化试验获得了小尺寸、高稳定性、高固含量的锑掺杂二氧化锡纳米导电浆料。将该浆料加到环氧树脂中,添加量为1.5%时,涂层的电阻率为106Ω·cm,可见光透过率为87%。

Abstract:The ATO nanoparticles were dispersed by wet grinding equipment. The grinding media was zirconia with the size of 0.2 ram. Dispersant agents were added to improve the dispersibility. ATO conductive nanoslurry with small particle size, high stability and high solid content was obtained by optimized experiment. The resistivity of the epoxy coating was 10^6Ω·cm and the visible light transmission was 87% when 1.5% amount of ATO conductive nanoslurry was added to the epoxy resin.
