自动电位滴定准确检测酱油还原糖含量的研究

摘    要:采用905滴定仪电位滴定法,复合Pt环电极,参考国标GB 5009.7-2016使用斐林试剂-反滴定法,通过研究测试,采用智能滴定软件Tiamo,建立还原糖含量滴定参数,在加热面板温度430℃、搅拌速度500r/min、滴定速度0.05mL/2s、电位评估标准10mV的条件下,进行重复性测试(RSD<2%)和加标回收率测试(回收率>95%),可实现准确稳定地测定地酱油样品中的还原糖含量。

Abstract:Using 905 titrator potentiometric titration method,combine with Pt ring electrode,reference to the national standard GB 5009.7-2016,using Ferrin reagent-reverse titration method,through research and testing,using intelligent titration software Tiamo,the titration parameters of reducing sugar content are established.The repeatability test is carried out under the conditions of heating panel temperature of 430℃,stirring speed of 500 r/min,titration speed of 0.05 mL/2 s,potential evaluation standard of 10 mV,etc.(RSD<2%)and standard addition recovery test(recovery>95%)can achieve accurate and stable determination of reducing sugar content in soy sauce samples.
