摘    要:目的 了解云南省部分地区销售的蜂蜜中氯霉素检出情况。方法 从商店、农贸市场、网店销售等不同销售渠道采集云南省主要蜜源地和消费市场上的蜂蜜96件, 按照《国家食品污染和有害因素风险监测工作手册》对蜂蜜中氯霉素残留进行检测, 依据2002年农业部235号公告《动物性食品中兽药最高残留限量》等对检测结果进行评价。结果 2016年到2018年连续3年均有样品检出氯霉素, 96件样品总计有27件检出氯霉素, 检出率28.1%。结论 云南省部分地区销售的蜂蜜中氯霉素残留情况较严重, 应引起相关部门重视。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the detection situation of chloramphenicol in honey from Yunnan province. Methods Totally 96 pieces of honey from the main source and consumer markets of Yunnan province through different sales channels such as shops, farmers'' markets and online stores were collected. According to the National food pollution and harmful factors risk monitoring work manual, the chloramphenicol residues in honey were tested. According to the Ministry of Agriculture No. 235 announcement 2002, Maximum residue limits of veterinary drugs in animal foods, the test results were evaluated. Results Chloramphenicol was detected in 3 consecutive years from 2016 to 2018, with a total of 27 detected chloromycetin in 96 samples, and the detection rate was 28.1%. Conclusion The residue of chloramphenicol in honey is serious in some areas of Yunnan province, which should be noticed by relevant departments.
