摘    要:饲料是养殖业发展的物质基础,饲料产品营养均衡是牲畜健康生长、畜产品优质安全的重要保证,饲料营养指标的检测分析是调整饲料配方和控制饲料产品营养均衡的重要依据。目前,饲料产品常规营养指标通常指粗蛋白、粗纤维、粗脂肪、水溶性氯化物、粗灰分、钙、总磷、水分等,各项指标分别依据相应的国家标准方法进行检测。本文结合作者长期的饲料检测经验,针对饲料8大常规营养指标检测过程中遇到的主要问题进行分析、总结,旨在为饲料产品的质量检测提供经验分享,为检测标准的验证使用及修订提供参考依据。

Abstract:Feed is the material basis of the development of the breeding industry, nutrition balance of feed product is an important guarantee for the healthy growth of livestock and animal products quality and safety, and the detection and analysis of feed nutritional indexes is an important basis for the adjustment of feed formula and the control of nutrition balance of feed product. At present, the conventional nutritional indexes of feed products usually refer to crude protein, crude fiber, crude fat, water-soluble chloride, crude ash, calcium, phosphorus, and water content. Each index is tested according to the corresponding national standard methods. Based on the author''s long-term experience in feed testing, this paper analyzed and summarized main problems encountered in the testing process of eight conventional nutrition indexes of feed, in order to provide experience sharing for the quality testing of feed products and provide reference for the verification and revision of testing standards.
